Broadway Design helped this homeowner pull together a new sun room addition by adding furnishings made to withstand a busy beach lifestyle. Indoor/outdoor rugs, sunbrella fabrics, and faux plants help ease the burden of upkeep. The living room was enhanced with new paint colors and a large 9’ olive tree in corner. Bedroom and baths also decorated to add style to the home. Construction for new sunroom addition was provided by New Trends Renovation.
