This beautiful waterfront home was in great need of lightening up. Broadway had the entire interior painted including painting the stairway handrails white instead of the dark natural wood. Broadway furnished the entire home and added a few accent light fixtures. Furnishings were provided through Broadway Design's trade accounts such as Noir Trading, Palacek, Leftbank art, Uttermost, and a few custom pieces added to transform the space into a coastal retreat.
